Benefits of the D-Oil Formula

  • D-OIL reduces fuel consumption by approximately 10%, at the same conditions.
  • D-OIL significantly increases engine flexibility, i.e., acceleration and low-rev torque, which you'll see in the wear of the traction tire.
  • It reduces vibrations, as it partially absorbs impacts to the camshaft and obviously reduces friction between the piston and the cylinder liner.
  • It significantly improves engine cooling.
  • D-OIL reduces harmful exhaust emissions, similar to the reduction in fuel consumption but due to improved combustion due to the reduction in internal friction.
  • It increases the life of the basic oil.
  • It has detergent properties for lubricated parts.

  • It improves cold starts, as it adheres to surfaces.

We can also confirm that the engine will last longer due to the significant reduction in friction between the cams, which is needed for the valve lift and descent.

At a time when we are led to believe that only electric or hybrid vehicles are the solution to everything, Formula D-OIL reconfigures the internal combustion engine with new "verve", with better performance and without modifying electronic parameters, all with a formulation that improves the characteristics of the basic carrier oil.

Precautions & Recommendations for use of D-OIL Formula

  • Avoid using D-OIL on very new or still-breaking-in engines, as the benefits will not be noticeable.
  • Avoid use in engines that consume oil, as the above-mentioned benefits will not be fully achieved.

Special warnings for the D-OIL product

  • The percentages developed and determined for mixing by D-OIL cannot be modified by excess or deficiency, in order to avoid undesirable effects on the engine and ancillary parts, or to fail to achieve the advertised results.
  • Although DIOIL is a super-lubricating liquid that increases the useful life of basic oil, this effect is not unlimited and must operate within the parameters tested/specified by DIOIL staff, i.e., within a +20% range.

D-OIL Formula is also recommended as a friction reducer in all engine ancillary parts, always mixed with basic fluids, in a ratio of 15% to 50% of the basic fluid, and therefore for:

  1. Differential and transmission
  2. Cardan shaft drive
  3. Power steering hydraulic circuit
  4. Brake circuit

It is also recommended for all transmission or sliding components lubricated in an oil or grease bath, such as:

  • Gearboxes,
  • Variable Speed Drives,
  • Bevel Gearboxes,
  • Power Take-Offs,
  • Joints,
  • Sliding Blocks,
  • Chain Conveyers, etc.

Anything normally lubricated with grease benefits when mixed with DIOIL; While grease normally tends to age and dry out, with DIOIL the grease will always be liquid and will always lubricate the friction parts; the mixture with the grease will always be more fluid and the grease pumps will not seize up.

Furthermore, the mixture allows the internal temperature to be reduced by about 10%, perhaps up to 20%.

D-OIL can adapt to the viscosity of the grease and/or basic liquid, adjusting it to accommodate higher or lower viscosities.

D-OIL does not change its viscosity with heat and, therefore, protects the friction parts.

Please note that the D-OIL Formula is designed on a case-by-case basis and customized solutions will be proposed based on the vehicle.
